Very happy with our experience with the SPAA team, we adopted the beautiful buzz which is now called pumpkin.nI am so happy to have the chance to give him a second chance in our family.
Very good service during my adoption.nSubsequently, when I call with questions about my cat; very poor service on the phone. Violent communication from the respondent who seems more interested in judging and criticizing than wanting to help. For the future I will deal with my veterinarian who is more realistic and who does not rush when we need advice.
