Is this place still in business? After 6 phone calls on 6 different days and trying all the different extensions I'm beyond frustrated. I've even left a voicemail with no return call and it's going on a week. I wanted to ask a few questions before booking some services online but apparently they don't want my business. For being a 5 star resort / spa the customer service sure is disappointing.

My girlfriend booked a couples spa suite for a suprise. It was a very relaxing experience that is top notch for the area, monsoon shower and steam sauna in one was incredible. Fresh fruit offered would take this to the next level!
