Maryvil did a great job on my massage and if I were rating just her she would get 5 stars. Very pleasant to talk to as well. The problem was when I went to pay. I had tried to book a 2 hour massage which is not on their menu. The lady I talked to scheduled me for two 1 hour massages. When I went to pay the lady at the desk charged me full price for two separate 1 hour massages at $75 each. I tried to explain to her that a 90 minute massage was $100 and the next 30 minutes should also be at $25 for a total of $125 not $150. She did not understand the math. I told her I get massages all over the country when I travel and no one charges full price like that. In the end she got the full $150 and a very upset customer. I finally got so frustrated I told her to charge me what she wants but I will not be back. Bottom line is if you want a 2 hour massage make it very clear what you are being charged. Maryvil 5 stars, staff 3 stars so 4 start average.

My husband and I got a couples massage at Spa Verde. It was an amazing experience! My massage felt very spiritual. I felt so in touch with my body. Afterwards I felt so calm and relaxed. My husband got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. They used a bamboo rod to massage out nearly every knot he had. He even fell asleep near the end! Very enjoyable and would recommend Spa Verde to anyone regardless of where in Door County they are.

We had a very unfortunate experience at Spa Verde. We booked multiple pedicures & manicures with them a few weeks before the date, for my sister’s wedding weekend, and even called to confirm the appointments. When we showed up, they only had one person on staff and only the bride was able to have a pedicure & manicure done for the wedding. Very disappointing for a very important weekend.

Got a couples massage with my husband and the service was wonderful! After a week of sleeping on a rock hard bed, our backs and necks were tight and out of whack! They worked out the knots and we left feeling so relaxed. The techniques they used were similar to some of the movements my chiropractor uses to losen my muscles before cracking my back. They definitely knew their stuff! Would highly recommend!
