Try to once again give them benefit of the doubt but they've proven me wrong time after time they charge you one price and the next time you come in charge of a different price. And he completely rushed through the job which I didn't mind considering I figured I was only going to pay $25 but at the end I got charge $35. Considering the fact that I was the only one in the shop and usually I'm the only one in the shop should be a red flag that their business is horrible just keep in mind to make sure you get prices before you sit down and they end up charging you what you didn't expect

I've been going to Spa Nails for years. The owners are always friendly. The do a really great job and they have good prices. I always have an enjoyable time when I'm there. Gail.

aight so y'all gonna think it's okay to charge me dead ass 35$ for a fill in ... FILL IN but okay whatever so I got them done Friday and my nail just broke and it's Sunday ... MY NAIL lasted one day, I'm about to go one on one with Mr. Ling because this is a joke. Yo on everything don't come here.

Never, ever, going back. I had been coming here for years-only because it was convenient. This last visit was the last straw for me. The nail tech (who is one of the owners, mind you) COUGHED on my hands multiple times and didn't even attempt to cover her mouth. I ended up getting really sick a few days after. Not only that, but they will trick you into waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Oh sure, they will have you sit down in the seat where you will be getting your nails done, but you most likely will be waiting there for at least 30 minutes. Also, word of advice to this business: It's terribly rude to watch someone sign their credit card slip when they are entering your tip amount. Learn some proper manners and etiquette. MAKE CONVERSATION with your customer's and build a relationship with them. Too late for that with me, and many others, as I will make sure that no one I knows comes here.

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been too. The man who greeted us was rude and could care less if we were there. He told us he had people available right away even though him and another lady were working on 4 people already. I came in with gel nails that were half off and the guy sat me down and told me to wait. He came back about 5 mins later and asked if I was done peeling off the nails and I said no wondering why he was asking me this. Then he proceeded to tell me to peel off the other nails and said otherwise he had to soak them off, (which is what they are supposed to do in the first place). He became irritated when I said I didn't want to peel off the nails on the other hand so he started to peel them off with his nail and made him stop because he was so rough and hurting me. My mother and I left after this because of his rude attitude and harshness and went to a much more friendly and welcoming nail salon across the street.
