Souvlaki Bar

This is already a second souvlaki bar I am visiting, but in Verdun. Let me tell you that this franchise is really caring about the quality of their restaurants. Staff if very friendly and kind, food is amazing, ambience is so cool there. This time I tried taking only 2 pitas, the size of it is perfect and not that expensif. So in love with this souvlaki bars franchise. Thank you!
Excellent and authentic Greek food! I highly recommend sharing the dip platter as a starter. Generous portions, great for sharing with friends and family.
Had the meat shovel there to share, was great. The meat was really good, serving size for two was more than enough and the sides aswell ! Had a talk with the owner who was able to explain everything to us which was informative. As Greek foods goes, this was a good one!
Awesome service. Waiters/waitresses always gentle. Drink menu is excellent and all drink are good and exaclty as you see in photos. The food is really amazing and portions are huge! Really well-recommended. Parking: There is plenty of paid parking spots on the street and a big garage building 50 meters away called Stationnement à étages Éthel, with entrance on Éthel street but there is a pedestrian way directly to Wellington street. This garage building is not the most beautiful and cleanest in the world but it's safe, well-located and always have available places.
I had the pleasure of eating here earlier today. We thought it was more of a fast food joint - it was truly a sit down resto. I would just like to say that the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Our primary waiter - Was absolutely perfect. He truly made the entire experience so enjoyable. Well knowledged and very patient. The food was good. I had the gyro plate - the souvlaki was ok THE FRIES delishhhhhh!!! I played it safe with my choices. But I would definitely go back and try something a little more “daring”!
A go-to when you crave souflaki in Verdun! Friendly staff, fast service and a very nice vibe in the restaurant!
For the quality and quantity of the food, it is so good!! The staff are lovely and bilingual. The drinks are tasty and do not have that watered-down taste. I have added this resto to my rotation and date night : Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but not vegan. The appetizers are especially filling. Parking: There is only street parking Dietary restrictions: Almost everything has some sort of dairy, but the feta is safe for lactose intolerants.
ordered through Uber eats, 67$ for two Chicken Gyro plate.. that's ridiculously expensive. Mine was a pita, a load of rice and small salad mostly of tomatoes, husbands same but different salad of greens, small piece of feta, and some dill here & there. It all tasted fine, but not big portion at all... again, for 67$.
The souvlaki pita was fresh and flavourful. The Zeus Massacre poutine was really tasty and could have been a meal on its own. Nice to sit outside and eat with friends as the world on Wellington street goes by. If you like Greek food with a fresh and flavourful twist, Souvlaki Bar is for you.
The food is pretty top tier. it's on the expensive side but you get your money's worth, this isn't some dirty low quality meat and industrial sauces. it feels homemade by people who love the food. I came in when it was empty 12pm on a Sunday so service was very fast and friendly. will come back.
