Reception and nurses were friendly. Dr. Bow was kind and thorough. Highly recommend if you're looking for prenatal care.
Great doctors and wait time is minimal if at all. The receptionist though are very rude in person and over the phone when it comes to helping you book an appointment.
Nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. This is my second pregnancy as a patient of the OB's here.
Extremely rude receptionists here. No regard for patient’s comfort. They should remember they get paid from our taxes there’s no “FREE” healthcare in Canada its public funded so they don’t have a right to be rude to patients. Not coming here again.
Their opening times are inncorect!! It's currently 9:23AM on a Wednesday and both the automated message and Google say they should be OPEN!!!!! The automated message says they are open from 9-4. If they can't bother to care and turn on their phones, I don't trust them with my health.
