Southlands Country Fair

An outstanding facility for riders of all ages and abilities with spectator friendly events throughout the year. Also has a horse rescue program, taking horses from unfortunate situations and then training and selling them to owners who will love them.

Took our students there on a school field trip. What an amazing experience! Wonderful staff, beautiful location; peaceful in nature. They learned so many new skills including: communication, team work & confidence in the youth program. Highly recommended!

Southlands is an exceptional equestrian association, and in my subjective view, at least one of finest in Canada. Aside from the picturesque backdrop of the Southlands-Dunbar area, the committed staff are are rarity in the industry. Some care, But SRC truly cares about their members. staff and any whom would find themselves privy to grace their facility. I heartily encourage any and all to at least consider attending one of their exquisite events or for the those committed hearts, to become a member. SRC is a rare breed, you certainly have our support.

What an awesome experience at the first show in the COVID world. Everything was handled very well. The staff made sure the grounds were clean and that everyone was following the new normal rules. A few hiccups during one event that were handled amazingly well by the staff. I couldn’t have been more impressed.

Beautiful place and great people

Heaven In the middle of an urban setting I have been visiting Southlands for many years as a spectator for the many wonderful equestrian show. I am calmed by the energy of a well run Riding club. The riders,families,trainers and staff of Southlands are knowledgeable and quick to share their wisdom I am always awed by the beautiful Green space.
