Once again the food & service was awesome. Channy always has a big friendly smile on her face and Carson made some kick ass wings. Thanks Wes your place is amazing.

Food: As BBQ smoke houses go, this place is pretty good. The meat doesn't have a very bold flavor you would expect as it is a little more on the mild side but it is cooked very nicely and the sauces definitely help to enhance the experience. I found the fries to be a little undone and not enough cheese in the poutine so that was a little bit of a disappointment. The sandwich didn't have enough sauce but lucky there was more on the table. I would highly suggest the platter for 2 to get a sample of everything then go from there. Service: very friendly staff and was always greeted with a smile. Was taken care of right when we were seated. Could definitely pass for southern hospitality. Atmosphere: very Western themed which suits this place very well. Love the lighting fixtures as well as the long table that runs down the center of the restaurant. Would definitely hang around more if there was wifi available.

Wow, I tried the shareable meal for 2 and was very impressed. Mac and Cheese was very rich and creamy. The Meat was amazing moist and flavorful.
