South Zumbro Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC).

South Zumbro Lutheran Church is a vibrant and growing congregation located in rural Kasson, Minnesota. Our members come from many different backgrounds and communities. With over 250 families and members, South Zumbro, offers a community of ministry that is faithful to worship, bible study, evangelism, music and serving those in need.
Pastor Elden Simonson was called to be the intentional interim pastor at South Zumbro Lutheran Church on January 2, 2017, at the retirement of their pastor who had served for over 26 years. He will be the Shepherd of this spiritually alive church as they pray, seek God's guidance, and seek their new pastor. Pastor Elden is rostered in the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC).
Our church supports four missionaries: two in Africa - Steve and Bethany Frieberg and Jonathan and Rachel Koski of African Inland Mission; Latin American Mission; and Caleb Bartel in Nicaragua with Youth With A Mission.

We are committed to equipping Christians through Biblical preaching and investigation of God's Word. We rely on prayer for direction in our personal lives and in the life of the Church.
