I bought a bed frame 400$ include tax, the width and length are perfect, while wood based as I want, but i realized the height exceptionally short for high person, i asked for refund after 5 minutes of my order by call and email, call center didn’t work so I send email. 2days later, i called again, they said they received my email, but still ship the furniture out on that morning. I asked for return and refund and got answer of only 15% refund. I’m fuming.
Happy with the product I bought . It was shipped super fast, items was so easy to assemble took me less than 15 min and prices are a bargain. I was hoping that the width is a little bigger because it would be nice to have a record player on top but the sizes were accurate
Worth it. Canadian company with materials made here that actually last, not cheaper materials of questionable safety and no durability. Yes you pay more but you get years. And had a small issue and they replaced the part no problems.
In January I called for replacement of couple of parts for the headboard of my daughter..Back then the service was fast and efficient. Today I called again because the parts that were replaced aka the new ones weren't attaching to each other and causing obvious danger to my kid. The customer service agent told me that the Quality team needs to review the photos ,which yes I know that already . But to wait few days until that happens,unthinkable. I'm surprised that company that's 80 years on the market doesn't use common sense policy in such situations where the furniture can cause obvious danger. I'm extremely disappointed this time from their service and I will never buy their furniture again. And I strongly recommend the CEO and managers to allow fast common sense reactions to their customer service agents so they don't lose more customers.
got a dresser a few months ago and i quite literally haven’t seen a worse quality dresser.. every bit of it is falling apart and it won’t open. i’ve had there problems since day one the quality is actually disgusting. completely un functional
