I have visited all of the doctors at this cl8nic and they are all excellent. I come here regularly as does my wife. We jumped at the opportunity when they were accepting full time patients 10 years ago. Very convenient for Wolseley residents. Blood work done on site. Pharmacy located on site.

One staff who answered the phone was not a very accomodating one, she rushes and almost wanted to put down the line. I didnt sense any compassion on my situation when i requested sending a message to the Doctor about my lab and prescription. The way she spoke to me doesnt help a sick person to feel better. Seriously? I know you guys have policies but please exert added effort to make the person in other line feel that you will try to see what you can do rather than sounding like were not important and just wanting to hang up... phone courtesy pleassse....

Dr. Arara is great. He has helped me with issues that were worsening because other doctors have ignored them. I had one issue where the clinic staff failed to tell me when they cancelled an appointment. But mistakes happen, and the level of care is worth going back.

Have the best doctor!! Been with him from the start and would never change! The pharmacy is handy as well as being able to get your blood work done! Love that you can now park in back for 5 dollars and then get money back when buying prescription. Down part - I do tend to have to wait at all three places for a fairly long time and, even though I get the same prescription monthly more often than not they never have the full prescription and I have to go back. Also no rewards or points.

Parking is tricky. Otherwise facility is organized.
