We used South-Port Mechanical as a subcontractor for a customer of ours in their service area. It was a wonderful experience! Cathy was so efficient and friendly. They responded to all of my requests in a timely manner. The team arrived on time, they performed a clean and quick fireplace install and were able to squeeze us in on their busy schedule. Called to get a quote, very friendly phone lady. Call wasn't returned. So I stopped in to talk and they apologized, said they had some problems would get back. Still never called bask, I mean they can say no instead of wasting both our time...
