As an investment property owner for nearly 20 years across several Provinces, I have had dealings with many management companies. South Okanagan Property Management is easily on par with the best I have ever dealt with. They are VERY professional from first contact, and have a very thorough system in place. As well, communication is EXCELLENT! My Okanagan property is in Penticton and managed by Matthew. I couldn’t expect more and can easily recommend both Matthew and SOPM.

We have been with Ashley since Oct./2017 and couldn't be happier with our decision. I have been dealing with Ashley for over 3 years. First, I dealt with Ashley and her assistant, Pam, regarding a house rental. I was impressed by their professionalism towards me as well as their advocacy for the home-owner. When signing, Ashley was very thorough when going over everything, supplying pictures, etc. and we felt we were dealing with a professional team. Second, as an owner renting my property, Ashley set everything up perfectly . Wanted to put the word out on how much we’ve enjoyed working with Ashley. We’ve been using her and her awesome assistant Pam as our property manager for a few years now. She is a true professional. She works hard to properly vet the potential renters and handles everything! Many times she has uttered the magical phrase to us “leave it with me and I’ll take care of it” and she does take care of it! I had helped friends of mine in their search for a long-term rental in Osoyoos when they were moving their family from the prairies. Once my friends had completed the quick and easy rental inquiry and application process, I was immediately able to schedule viewings with Pam to see some of the beautiful properties on their behalf. Once the property decision was made, Ashley was on-site to do a detailed and informative walk-through and thorough move-in inspection. I was amazed at how seamless the process was for my friends to move two provinces over into a stunning, beach-front long-term rental. Not only that, Ashley and Pam were both a wealth of knowledge and offered a ton of great advice about the region and the town amenities. Thank you Ashley, Pam and team!
Ashley and her team have the been super attentive to my needs. I hey have accommodated my schedule and various places of residence both local and over seas. They are in constant communication regarding changes or current status of my rental. I am most impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and efficiency with which their business is always conducted. They are also extremely approachable and cordial. A pleasure and extreme comfort to know my rental is in their capable hands.
