Food options are white bread sandwiches, fried food, and hot dogs. They added Mexican!!! Loved the tacos and nachos. They need to add salsa to Nachos.
I ate at Macho Taco. I ordered the Birria Vampiro. Two meat filled tacos encrusted with cheese and dressed with cilantro and onions. It is served with a dipping broth. Other than the broth being very salty, my meal was hearty, flavorful, and satisfying. It was prepared before my eyes and served promptly. Birria Vampiro is something I will definitely order again.

I was at the MGM Springfield Casino & went to the food court to get a snack. One of the worst experiences I have had at the casinos in 15 years… I got accused of cutting the line, the staff are disrespectful… & Ghetto … the MGM Staff There a joke… This place is pathetic. RATCHET. Worst casino I’ve ever stepped foot in, I highly advise to stay away.
Was pretty disappointed but not surprised at the limited amount of food options. Sick of eating mediocre fried food in this town. Not to mention the staff directed us in the entire wrong direction of the market and gave us false information about where to get 50% off our meal.

I ordered chicken fried rice and it was ready in under a minute. The rice was tasteless mush and the chicken was overcooked, dried out and brittle yes, brittle. Skip this place and save yourself $15.

Great options great service great atmosphere! You wouldn't even know your at the casino if you didn't have to walk thru it to get there Wheelchair accessibility: Long ramp and open floor seating spaced out enough to get around
The only reason this gets a 2 is the food was phenomenal actually. But the cashier kristee was just too much today with the aggressive talking and making us feel stupid basically. I get talked to cuz I swiped my car and didn't use the chip instead. The other thing was she got loud with the wife cuz she asked why the price was what it was. Listen we've been dealing with her since we started going, usually it's tollerable
