Stay away from the french toast. Driest french toast I've ever had. The Big breakfast was good. Decent size. Our server was rushing around and we could hardly get a word in.Food: 3/5

Amazing breakfast, even better service. Fairly priced. I have been coming here weekly for around two years. pandemic closures aside Best breakfast in sarnia. Every week I see a little different decoration, new decorative plant, so refreshing. One thing that never changes is the overall atmosphere, relaxing and serene. A little piece of peace. Thank you for being a great business.
Wanted to split big breakfast but said they don't do that anymore...? They also made big breakfast smaller. Menu on-line is not same as menu now. Was really nice last time, but now...not so much. Felt like we were being cheap and robbing them of profit somehow...just wanted a quick small light breakfast for 2. Won't be back.
Love Selina’s. I have been going there for years. In fact, a group of 13 of us go there all the time. We love the good service and good food. Deb our waitress is amazing. We love her. We have always been grateful for the experience every time we go which is weekly. They always make sure everyone is safe and taken care of. The entire team there is like family. Thanks Selina’s.
Love this restaurant great atmosphere and great food and of course great service. Waitresses are always friendly and sometimes the owner will pop by our table to say hello. Very reasonable prices and I love that they have a special every day. My go to every chance I get
Treated very rudely by a customer of theirs who’s been texting them. Haven’t felt so uncomfortable and awkward dining in a restaurant before. As it seemed like I was getting looked down at by employees. Food was okay but the vibe I got just made it a bad experience. Would love to give the lady who had a problem with me a piece of mind.
My daughter and I ate there three days ago for the first time. The place has a nice setting, very clean and the service is impeccable. We both ordered different dishes but both were excellent in taste and quantity and the price was very reasonable. Neither of us could finish what we were served. The service was first class and I will definitely eat there again. Loved the experience. I like the new location on Murphy road. Less dated feeling. Ordered the pad Thai which was a monstrous portion. Tapioca in coconut milk was great! They were closing the kitchen at 8pm. Make sure you get there early enough to enjoy the food
I have tried this restaurant on a number of occasions and their food is consistently sub par. I find the restaurant itself dirty and greasy. The waitresses, however, are very nice. I have noticed the owner treats them very poorly and somehow feels it is appropriate to yell at them in front of customers. I only went into the washroom once and decided right then and there to skip it and wait till I got home yuck. So in summary, because the food is very lackluster, the restaurant doesn't seem very clean, and the owner is rude to his staff AND customers, I have only given 1 star. I would give zero; however it won't let me. So, if you're looking for great food, Sarnia has so many good restaurants. This place is awful and I won't be going again. P.S. I notice I got a reply to my review. I rolled my eyes when it said the owner "yells at the waitress because he wants you to get your favourite meal hot and in a timely manner". WHAT A CROCK!! Terrible answer, it's never okay to yell at your staff in front of customers, so stop making excuses. Just another reason not to support Selena's South East Cafe in Sarnia.
