MANY REASONS NOT TO GO TO A PARTICULAR STORE - THIS IS MANY! FROM OWNER HIMSELF! READ ON PLS>I have been going to South's since 2012-had an issue with a check, but it was a bank's error and they paid the check and all my fees. That was back in 2014. Every time the OWNER is working, he is a completly unreasonable, rude, and incredible mean man. No matter how kind you are; my son went down to write a hek today, same last name, same account-refused to take his check and was very rude, argumentative, threw the check back at him and said I don't know you. Even though he has seen my/our last name for the past five years. I came back with my son, to try to be kind, and introduce him to my son, as we share the a bank account, and he is my power of attorney, etc.. He said WHY IS IT ME THAT YOU HAVE TO COME HERE and write the checks - MINI BASKET, he recommended - I don't know where mini basket is and because we have a lot of errands to run today, my son was just trying t do me a favor, even tho he doen't like to buy me cigarettes. He always points ou the thousands of dollars of people's checks that he he cannot collect. ALl other employees are nice, and seem to be okay, except for his daughter who has the same harsh judgment, difficulty and simply cruel. They were just close, but from now on, I will drive my five miles into town to avoid this negative, bullying cruelty they dish out-it doesn't matter the customers help them stay in business, from lottter purchases, GAS, and hunting licenses, but this mysogenists, needs tobe put in ihis place, find a new line of work,and selll the stop to someone who would appreciate it. The smiley stickers, where people could tear and take a smile with them on thier board, that was me - trying to bring in SOME sort of positivity in a ver negative wokd envronment.
