One star not to a clinic but to an elderly Asian doctor. Clinic and especially receptionist are always nice. But this doctor doesn’t deserve even one star. The whole visit she was rolling her eyes at me and always interrupting. She made a “why did you even come here” face when I told her my throat is really sore and I can barely speak or eat, having fever for already five days. Instead of checking it out she said “what you expect me to do, we are in Canada, get yourself a family doctor and go there” and rolled her eyes at me again. I am very disappointed. It was very rude and unprofessional experience. People like that shouldn’t be working with patients... I will never go there again.

Every time I come here, the wait time is extremely long. The doctor I normally see is not the greatest. Communication is off, not much effort, and unprofessional. The only time he put any effort was when he had to feel up my groin and on a separate occasion had to listen to my breasts (yes, both). During the physical he made me change positions multiple times and made me feel very uncomfortable. During other visits he didn't seem interested. Due to that reason when I went in today I requested a different Doctor. After a 1 1/2 hour wait, I saw an elderly Asian woman. Before I could tell her what the issue is, she started going off about how she can't do physicals and she can't check my ankle. Keep in mind that the last doctor had no problem feeling my thighs but she's refusing to check my ankle. She didn't even give me the chance to tell her what the issue was or where the pain was. After forcing her to look at my ankle, that's all she did. Literally looked for a second and didn't even want me to point out where on my ankle. She was babbling on about things not relevant to my problem without letting me speak. She claimed I probably hurt it while walking. WELL, my ankle is actually SPRAINED. I went to the hospital the first time my ankle got injured. The pain wasn't going away, needed to check up on it, and this was the closest clinic.Anyways, so I came to this clinic since it's closer and she did nothing but glance and lecture me, didn't listen, and I had to inform her that my ankle is sprained. She goes "ok it's sprained then".. Are you not a doctor? This woman had no clue what she was doing. She wrote down creams and told me to take pain meds, like okay. This was before I finally had the chance to inform her that it's sprained. After this horrid experience I asked if I could please see a different doctor because I waited over an hour & a half and didn't get the help I came here for. The secretary literally said "We CANNOT do that, you have to pay, if you can't you're going to have to come back tomorrow".. She was talking over me and said "if it's that important were open tomorrow". I called them to ask for a number to file a complaint regarding their service. She said they have no number aside from the owners which she refuses to give because he "doesn't take calls" and told me to write a letter and she'll give it to him.I later called other hospitals and they said you don't need to pay to see a doctor twice. Later found out it's only this location. All I wanted was for someone to check it since it hasn't gotten better. Worst service EVER. There's a blonde nurse who works there who does a better job than most doctors, she's the only person who seems to know what she's doing.

Most doctor's there are rude and allow inexperienced nurses to do blood work. You will come out with pain in your arms and when you go back they will yell at you for asking for an apology rather than providing one. Very unprofessional. I will be looking into making an official complaint.

BEEN going here since 2005, great service, same receptionists who are very polite and doctors may act a bit rushed but always listen to my concerns, most of these complaints sound ludicrous as I’ve been going here and dr.pham still my fav!

The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful even though it was my first time to this clinic. I barely waited and the doctor was very professional and took time to explain everything. I will definitely go back in the future.
