Haven't had Thai food in a long time...this sure hit the spot!
We have eaten in South 88 many times. This is the first time for takeout. South 88 did not disappoint. Everything we had was excellent and as we expected. We will definitely be back to enjoy their excellent food .
This was a take out order, and I realise pho does not fare the best in that fashion. I enjoyed the fried squid. The pho broth was nothing special, no beef or anise flavor. They used meatballs instead of beefballs. When I added the pho noodles it muddied the broth with starch and made it thick.
They are permanently closed :/
Pad Thai is so gross and sour.... Bubble teashows with tapoica but no tapioca. Spring rolls I taste plastic wrapper on it. I usually no problem with Vietnamese food but this is the worse one ever...
