I had the pleasure of being gifted a birthday present by a dear friend back in June 2021. The gift was a manicure and pedicure.  I loved the experience of being pampered which is something I rarely get to do. Thank you LAINE for my beautiful nails!

UPDATE: I was pleased that the business responded. I booked a new appointment, was taken in on time and enjoyed a great pedicure.  Booked an appointment online weeks ago. I received the confirmation of booking, a reminder email two days ago, which I confirmed, and a reminder text the day of my appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early. Was told they weren’t ready yet but would be ready at 5:30.   That was perfectly fine. I went for a walk and came back at 5:30 only to be told that they over booked and couldn’t do my pedicure at my scheduled time. As I was leaving for vacation, I could not wait. Manager came over and said sorry, nothing we can do. I left with no pedicure and feeling totally underwhelmed by their response. I go for regular pedicures and thought I would try out this place looked great, with good reviews. Guess I’ll never know.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I got my pedi re done with Natasha and she was so sweet! Love my toes they look super good. Gave such a good massage and I love the salon so much, so clean and cute inside!!! Definitely recommend. The owner definitely cares about her customers!Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I’ve been visiting Sour Apple for years now and I refuse to go anywhere else for my manicures and pedicures. More recently, I’ve had dermaplaning and eyebrow threading done here, both of which were also fantastic services. The spa is always clean and well maintained, and all of the staff that work here are wonderful people.

Natasha Pichkur did a great job on my "Toe-tal" Experience Pedicure  She was gentle, meticulous and attentive. I will come back for services with her. I can say how lovely the staff is here and what a beautiful facility. I just wish the chairs were a little more comfortable. This is my second visit in 2 months to Sour Apple. I wanted to add a new review to highly recommend Cosima for your spa needs. I have had a very overwhelming past few weeks and she created a perfect atmosphere to unwind, relax and detach. I highly recommend the back facial! It was surprisingly better than I expected and so soothing! I booked 3 services for 2 hours. The only downside is that the place doesn't seem to follow spa etiquette. The majority of my dermaplaning and facial had been accompanied by an extremely loud customer who was carrying on conversations and laughing at very high decibels where I felt like they were in the spa room with us. It was for a good 30 mins and more all the way to payment. I will still be visiting this location again, except might not return a 4th time if the atmosphere is to loud. I enjoy laughing and having a good time, but I do spa to beautify and unwind. Thankyou again Cosima!

I just got my apres nail extensions and I’m slightly disappointed..  I wanted short almond grey ombré nails, and in the salon the colour turned our great but the moment I left the natural light told a whole different story…  You can see through the nails, as if the colour needed to have at least one one more layer of colour and one of my nails actually has black fuzzies in it.. I also wasn’t told that ombré was considering nail art and will be an additional 20 dollars.. I didn’t receive any lotion, massage or hot towel after, unlike the 3 people I came with all received. I also wanted the nails alot shorter but was told they couldn’t do that because they would have to reshape them. I’m here out of town for my brothers wedding, so I’m really disappointed on how they turned out.. especially for the price!  At least from a far they look Good.  I will say that the atmosphere is great and it’s in a super cute location. The 3 other people I went with LOVE their nails and how they turned out as well! We also for a pedicure and I would go back for that but wouldn’t recommend the apres nail extensions!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Olivia provided the best facial and massage. I am definitely coming back. My face feels and looks so great and I feel very relaxed. Thank you Sour Apple & Olivia!!

One of the best pedicures I have had was here with Mila I think that is her name! She was professional and waiting for me when I arrived. I will definitely be back :-
