Had booked 10 + years for a corporate holiday party. No venue change same time. Called to slot in for this year again. Was told no problem due to loyalty of our company. Today. Sorry. They're booked up. So much for loyalty. Will not book again.
The music at a social is SO important, and Crystal Sound did not disappoint! Junior kept everyone dancing, and we were told multiple times throughout the night that the music was awesome. The sound quality was excellent and it was the right volume. We would absolutely recommend Crystal Sound. Thank you so much! Melissa & Ryan
Save your peace of mind and go to a professional company. They lacked communication before the wedding and sent an inexperienced DJ during the wedding. I would also not recommend for any Jewish weddings, they didn't have any traditional music prepared

Was at a wedding and the dj was so into doing his tictoc live to care about what everyone else wanted to dance too. The bride and groom told the dj they wanted him to play country music. The whole night the dj played MAYBE 12 country songs. He also didn't play any slow songs which personally I feel like every wedding needs a few slow dances every now and then. At one point the music was so bad and loud the bride was coving her ears! Was very disappointed.
We booked Crystal Sound for our wedding reception, and they did not disappoint! Josh was our DJ, and the dance floor was packed all night. I love how engaged Josh was, he looked like he was genuinely having a great time, which also kept the crowd going. They were great to communicate with. Thank you so much to Crystal Sound! We are SO happy we booked your services.
We used Crystal Sound for our wedding and they just went above and beyond. They picked great music to play while guests were seated for dinner, and then got the party started with some fun dance music afterward. They set up some awesome coloured lights around the room to change the atmosphere, which looked especially great at night when it got darker in our venue. If we needed announcements made over the mic, they did that for us. If ever I needed a DJ again, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everything was fantastic.
Crystal Sound was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our wedding day perfect! Thank you Chris Alvarez for partying with us and keeping the energy high! It is clear that you are a skilled, experienced and professional dj. We recommend you and your team to everyone. A big thanks to Junior and Molly for helping us through this process and the little details that counted the most. We were extremely impressed with all of the services provided and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for lighting and sound! Thank you!!!!
We booked Crystal Sound for our wedding and we were not disappointed. The DJ was very kind and great with communication. He was fantastic at keeping the party going and he was very informed with what we wanted and did a great job at making it happen. We would highly recommend Crystal Sound for any event.
Unfortunately, because of the experience we had with booking Crystal Sound for our wedding, we have to give a 1 star review. Communication was basically non-existent. They would not return our emails and brushed off our questions. We were told our DJ would be contacting us 2 weeks out from our wedding and after contacting the company because we still hadn’t heard from our DJ days before our wedding, we started to get a bad feeling. We received the DJ’s personal number as no one could get a hold of him. Finally after calling him multiple times the day before our wedding we were able to talk to him. But not until after he said he would call us back later because he was out for drinks with his work buddies. Yikes. So, at 8 pm the night before our wedding we talked to Tristan, our DJ for the first time about our music and the song changes we wanted. The next day our wedding day we are gathered for our grand entrance to the reception and my husband goes over to the DJ to introduce himself to Tristan, and the DJ says .. oh I’m not Tristan. It was a completely different DJ, and Tristan did not pass along to him any of the information we had discussed the night before! We felt awful for our new DJ because he was thrown into a situation to fail. We spent part of our dinner talking to our DJ about the music selection we wanted and the cues and songs for the dances. We really wish we could remember the name of the DJ that actually showed up for our wedding because he was so kind, and really did the best he could with what he was given. We emailed them after our wedding to try to give them this feedback directly and to ask what happened, and we didn’t receive a response. Crystal Sound, unfortunately because of this unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience with you, we will not be recommending this company for anyone looking for a DJ in the future.
