Friendly and knowledgeable staff, dirty and messy place though. Guys, clean it up and stop smoking in the shop, please.

Just before Christmas had a vehicle taken in for a remote starter installation, was going to be done the same day so my husband did not know until Christmas day.
Sounder, during installation fried the window/door lock module and I had to tell my husband what was up, as it had to stay another day.
not impressed, got the vehicle back and closed the drivers door and the door panel was coming off, not a single fastener holding anything, the plastic under the steering wheel fell down, exposing the remote starter module that was not fastened to anything,
the trim was also coming off around the gauges.
took it back and they fastened everything back up and secured the module properly.
Drove an improper, too long a screw, through the map pocket in the door that was a injury hazard.
Started to have driver window problems, not wanting to go back I took it to my mechanic and found they had replaced the module with a very used defective unit.
It was checked over and we could not understand how someone could let this kind workmanship out the door.
would never recommend, or take anything there again.
