Not happy with the fact that they wont or dont like to install parts not supplied by them . This is the first sign of a crooked establishment where money is more important then customer service. Oh they will give you the warranty story and all the hub bub .. its all false you buy a part with a warranty and its installed by a mechanic you get your warranty.. so I get car fixed and the part they fixed falls off 2 days later.. take it to another garage to find out it was improperly installed and poor welding .. My inlaws swear by this place however they swore by there last mechanic till i showed them they were being ripped off.. over 100.00 for brake pads good grief man get a friggin life .. you won't be ripping me off

This auto shop has great prices and excellent work. They go above and beyond for their customers and do honest timely work. After have a flat tire and truly being stuck. SOUND AUTO CARE fixed the flat hat day and got me back up and runing. All other auto shop were to busy to take my business, leaving me in a bad spot. Auto Care treated me like family and really went the extra mile for us that day. We will have our new winter tires installed and balanced here. Feels great to have good honest auto service. Went to Sound Auto care for a washer fluid pump replacement, Bob and Steve were really friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend Sound Auto care!

Bob and Steve saved my bacon being an out-of-town'er on a business trip suffering from a severe vehicle malfunction. What was most refreshing? That the answer to my question was "YES", rather than "NO" that I received from two other manufacturer-based dealerships. They had me on my way once parts arrived, and the best part was Steve and Bob were such solid guys to do business with. Thanks ever so much! Top Notch operation! Rare in this day and age.
