What a great experience at Soulful Delish! Took a delicious teriyaki bowl with a protein smoothie. Absolutely amazing! Owner was present and gave me a history on the restaurant which I really appreciate it! If you are visiting the area this restaurant should be on you bucket list! Vegetarian options: Lots of variety
Happy to have somewhere that makes smoothie bowls in the area! Guy behind the counter was very nice. The chicken bowl was good but not great, small on the portion size.

The best healthy food alternative, shake , and juice bar! The portions and prices are better than subway or booster juice! So luckily to have come across this spot when I’m in Kingston. The best way to find them is to remember they are right beside Kingston’s City Hall.

Very lovely place to be at. I was attracted by very beautiful interior of the place, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by very polite lady. I order mission burrito and pineapple paradise. It was so amazing and fresh. A very friendly, healthy and tasty local place.
Amazing downtown restaurant! Owner was working when I came and was very polite. He explained me the options and recommended a panini, it was delicious! Highly recommend checking this place whenever your downtown near the water, super healthy, fresh and a cool environment.
Great place! I had the Beach Bowl and it was amazing. The smoothies are great and they now serve coffee as well. The owner is friendly and obviously cares about offering great service. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Vegetarian options: Lots of options Dietary restrictions: Lots of options including gf wraps and sandwiches.
Love it here! The hot chocolate was great, and since it was $10 for two, I know I'll eat super healthy for the next few days because I don't have any money left over!
Arrived late in the day with a tired and hungry 4 year old fussy eater. Asked for something plain and they made it happen. He ate it all. The coffees for the adults were good too. Thanks much to the staff for going above and beyond.
