If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This place was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in they treated me as if I was family. Talked me through the menu with recommendations. The two items you see below were the BOOM!!! Go give them a shot. You won’t doubt it. Plus they are the highest rated place in Springfield. What do you have to lose? Trust me!
Got Pho for takeout, the staff seemed very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. The cashier was sweet, even laughed at the orders name. The food was delicious, i definitely have high hopes for the rest of the menu. visiting again.Takeout: Yes
WOW - that was one of the best eating experiences I’ve had in so long. The food here is AMAZING. So fresh, so flavorful, so so good. This is an entirely family run business - lovely mother / daughter team who serve their grandmothers recipes and provide such a sweet community vibe. The pho was some of the best I’ve ever had and everything was was just so delicious. Our kids ate every bite and asked for more. Do yourself a favor and eat here as soon as possible!
I've been craving pho for a few weeks and didn't feel like driving to my usual spot to get it so I was super excited when I found this place on doordash to deliver some to me. To my disappointment, I received a box labeled "pho" see attached, you may have to zoom in to see the writing on the box, was actually kinda hard to simultaneously get a pic of the writing and the contents within the box with 2 spring rolls inside. I DID order spring rolls and actually received a second box labeled as spring rolls with 2 spring rolls inside. So long in short of it, I received 2 orders of spring rolls and did not receive my pho. I contacted doordash and got my money back, so this review is a warning to the restaurant to check your orders. Highly disappointed that this had to be my first experience with them.
Great price. Generous portions. Wait time was reasonable. Service was friendly and the space was clean and inviting. We will definitely be stopping by again!
This family owned gem in the middle of Springfield is a place I come back to year after year. I travel to Western Mass once a year for business and seek this place out each time. Authentic Lao food made by mom herself! She also has roots in Linda Vista so big shout out for that. See you next time. Love from San Diego.Food: 5/5
SouLao'd is an ideal hole-in-the-wall for amazing, authentic, Thai and Lao cuisine. The pho broth has a complex, delicious flavor and the Pad Kee Mao is subtly spicy with perfect texture to the noodles. If you're looking for a good local spot to grab Thai, I could not recommend this place more. Family run, incredibly friendly, delicious.
First time dining inside for lunch and what a welcoming place! Definitely a hole in the wall that is worth visiting. Most importantly food is extremely tasteful.
Tasty and generous portions. Be sure to ask for tofu or vegetable options for you are not interested in meat. Photos are of vegetable pad Thai, Kua Mee chicken and chicken satay
Absolutely delicious food! We loved the spring rolls- they were so very fresh! The kids loved the sticky rice, meatballs and the beef with noodles . The beef pho was absolutely phenomenal! What a lovely family owned restaurant.
