We loved everything we got! The poke bowl was the star of the show and the sushi rolls we tried were all wonderful. They bring out crayons and colouring paper for the kiddos and their desserts were amazing! Kids loved the strawberry popsicles with sprinkles. Definitely recommend!
Highly recommend the Bao portobello, it's simply delicious and so fluffy. We also ordered a Chef's Choice 20 pieces of sushi. They we're fresh but we're however very basic. The menu's are creative and interesting and their beer selection is delicious. The waitress deserved five stars for herself for how she handled the entire village no other restaurants were accepting customers quickly and with a smile! Would return again :
I'd give six stars if I could. The staff were all lovely. Taking the time to pleasantly explain everything.nThe food. What beautiful flavors. Everything was fresh. But even before tasting the presentation was like eye candy.nDon't cheap out and skip on cocktails!!!!!! Perfection.nAnd let's mention how clean and inviting the dining room is. We could have sat longer.
This restaurant was recommended by the concierge from the Fairmount Montebello. Sadly the sushi was not very good. The rice was hard and each maki roll tasted the same. Food was bland. The only saving grace was their homemade soya sauce which was needed to moisten the rice and add flavour. Sushi was day old grocery store level. Tried their saki tasting offer which was composed of lower grade saki. Beer was good. Not an impressive experience.
Went there for Sunday lunch.nHad 1 star Nori general tao, 1 poke salmon, 1 Bao pork belly. Bao was nice, very generous with pork belly. Nori was good too. Salmon poke was decent. Staff was very nice.
