so rude, 2 girls have been left because the bus full, still have rooms in the front door but they told us to the back that I couldn't step in. The door shut in front of me. We had to walked from school to Sorensen. We were embarrassed, all the students looked at us. I think the driver didn't want us to go to the front or try harder to push the crowd deeper inside. She chose to close the doors rather than try to pick up passengers
There are a lot of wild busses in their natural habitat here, great for bus spotting. Across from it is a garden where the benches are designed so homeless people cant sleep on them. I remember when I was younger, I was drinking in this park and a officer came up, I, with slight of hand, hid the booze in my jacket, when he looked in my jacket I did it behind him. He never found it after looking everywhere, I then drank it as he walked away. I still em pretty proud of that day, even tho I was breaking the law. I'm not a criminal I just had a drinking problem at a young age. I was self medicating, it took away the paranoia ave replaced it with me being more confident and social. But yeah the busses are loud and the number 1 is frequently late. Some busses stop running early and that's a pain.

Called in to find out some infor on jan second just to be treatwd so poorly n have then affect my anxiety n put me in a panic attack fue to staff member was super unprofessionalmover talked me multiple yimes n lied stright to my face breaching the faulse information act asked to speak to manager with him multiple times n he refused n hung up then called another numbwr for em got a lafynon phon3 who proceeded tonlie n say i was bwing disrespectful n rude n that she heard call yet she knew nothing on the call or what was said not impressed with how the staffs been acting towards ppl expecially ppl with disabilitys like intold the guy n galnim half def in one ear n i speak a little loud on phone to wnsurenim being heard n they kept accuseing me of things not impressed kinda embarassed for the bis drivers to have to be connected to ppl like that as alot of the drivers are really nice n professional didnt appreciated haveing my rights n shit disrespected n didnt appreciate the lies feom this person n i wil be informing bbb over this as its not rigjt how he n how coworker treated me this was between 930 am.to 1145 am jan second n from the looks of reviews they havent been overly respectful to other 2 wow went to go to customer service at 4:19jan 2nd n they was closed when it states 4:30 not impressed at all tbh thats not profeasional as i needed to reload my bus pass on way to work
Honestly if I could put zero I would.nBuses are almost never on time, and when you kindly ask to hold a bus they tell you “get a car and be happy”. Well maybe you do your job better…nYesterday on June 18th around 8:15 pm, me and my friend decided to take a bus route #10. We didn’t know when the bus stops its operations for the day. So, we came came to the bus stop and it was really windy. The bus drove up to us, but the driver, who is a white male, with a long brown beard, refused to open the door for us, he just stood there with the door closed, which was really rude. So then, after a while he FINALLY opened the door, and as we started coming in and paying, he said “Do you guys even realize that this bus goes only to St. Joeseph?” which is two stops away, in a very condescending tone.. The whole time we were in the bus going to our final stop he was shaking his head side to side, because he was clearly pissed that we boarded the bus.nHonestly, such drivers genuinely ruin the person’s day because of their own stupidity. If they’re so rude and disrespectful they should just quit the job.. What if me and my friend were actually in danger and needed help and that bus driver clearly didn’t create a safe or welcoming environment AT ALL. What if we wanted to go to exactly that stop his last stop at St. Joseph high school? What is his problem?nYou guys need to get in check with who you hire..
