got a ride from sooke harbour taxi last week to langford. The driver was friendly, and the car was clean. I would recommend this company.

Driver was confrontational and demanded answers to questions she had no right to ask about my living conditions. Rude, vicious, and never shut up.

horrible.... I called and spoke to the operator who said someone would be out in about 15 minutes. I called 25 minutes later and was tole the driver had been and gone. She said he came in and no one knew so he left. This is false, I've been waiting here the whole time and no one came to the door..... she said she send him right back it's now been over an hour and still nothing. bad customer service....
