This facility is wonderful. The staff are super friendly, very attentive and efficient . Dr Hack is excellent. He has been my doctor for 14 years and I feel very lucky to have someone who is as intelligent, competent and compassionate as Dr Hack. He puts me at ease and he listens. I feel very comfortable asking him any variety of questions .
Are you guys lucky just like me to discover a fantastic Dr like Dr Hans Shaefer in Songbird! He is professional, responsive and flexible - and I feel very fortunate to have a great collaborative Dr for my family! Dr Hans Schaefer in Songbird Medical is a good listener, organized and conscientious doctor…He is empathetic & makes his patients feel cared for! I feel very fortunate to have found a great clinic. Dr. Pirrello has been a great doctor for my family. He takes his time with any issues you have and treats us very well. I am very happy with the care we receive from him. The staff at the clinic are always so patient and kind.
We feel so lucky that we found Dr. Pirrello at Songbird Medical. The reception staff are very helpful and accommodating despite being very busy. Our Doctor is fantastic, so supportive and caring. We've also had to use the after hours clinic and found that all of the other Doctors have the same open and kind approach. We've had a few terrible experiences with other family doctors in the past so we're thrilled to have landed here!
I'm a patient, of Dr MacEwan, I have had many family doctors in the past and none have compared to her. She takes the time to really understand what's going on with you and does her best to find all possible solutions. She genuinely cares about her patients and treats them with respect unlike other doctors who treat you like a number.
