Song Hair Salon

Been going here for my haircuts for the last 5 years. Very affordable, and the folks are professional and get the job done with minimal directions on my end I'm also not particularly fussy about my hair, so that is a pro from my end. :

Great Vietnamese Salon. The staffs are really supportive and they are able to deliver great service. It is a nice place for have a haircut or have some unique styles for your appearance with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for students and commuters.

Booked an appointment with Song but end up with young man & young woman doing my hair without Song in the salon. I am not happy. Make sure you book an appointment with Song in person otherwise you end up with young apprentices.

Pleased with their friendly service and great haircuts for my son 3 yr and daughter 5yr. My daughter loved the new hairstyle very much. And price was quite reasonable which is an extra bonus.

I had an appointment for man hair cut at 4:30. Got there about 3 mins earlier. Waited for 20mins and no one asked for anything and waited for 10mins more and still nothing . I stood up and never come back for sure. Hey owner if you are busy please let's customer know or tell them should wait for more time or come back later . Customer service is very bad.

Went there for just a very simple highlight, after 6 HOURS the color was something different, better explanation is my hair color is totally brown now not highlighted!!! And i asked an iron to style my hairs MYSELF cause they accepted all walking customers for just hair cuts and they hadn’t time to dry my hair ! weakest customer service ever you wouldn’t be satisfied at the end, waste your time and money, they can not even speak english, no understanding at all, 90% of your service will be done by trainees who start to work with her recently and even they couldn’t keep comb in their hand !!!you’ll have Sooo disappointing moments thereServices: Hairstyling

My friend came to this place to get her hair color ash grey highlights and a medium length hair cut. She came out with dark brown highlights and super short bob hair cut not even a nice bob but a mix length haircut. So she came back to ask if they can fix her color at least because she knows they cant do anything about the hair cut now because it’s too short now. So the owner ended up pointing her fingers at her face, hitting her hands with the dirty combs and ruined her sweater when she tried to move her hand out of her face. They asked her to come and get her money back but instead no refund and they harassed her verbally and physically. Dont come to this place or at least prepare to get your hair ruined and waste your money.

I really liked how they made me feel taken care of!! I came in to get my roots Japanese straightened but Song talked to me about the damaged state of my hair and suggested keratin smoothing treatment for now and then Japanese straightening next time. Will be back in a few months to see her and the lovely people at the salon

Amazing hair stylist, cute owner. My hair was never bleached before until the day I came to the store. After getting bleached and having treatments, my hair isn't burnt or dry at all. From my natural hazelnut brown hair color to the ash grey color only took 1 time bleach. Surely I will visit them more!
