Wonderful staff or maybe owners? Marty and Mardi. Went in for a massage and relaxing day. Will head out back to Oroville.
could have been worse but keep in mind that the massages are not done by registered massage therapists and are more of a relaxation than providing much medical benefit. i also feel like the pricing is a bit steep for an untrained massage. that being said i think my muscles feel worse after the massage treatment, even after waiting 24hrs. which should not happen. lovely front desk staff, though, very welcoming.
10/10 experience! It was my first time getting a full body treatment & It was so relaxing. I felt so spoiled & my skin feels amazing! The staff & owners are so lovely & passionate about what they do! Must try while your here!
Felt the need to share that a friend, whom never complains, complained yesterday about this establishment! That says a lot bc this person is such a kind and generous individual, who always looks on the brighter side of things! She paid for a deep tissue massage, but did not receive that. When she spoke with the establishment’s representative, she was not met with understanding, nor offered any resolution. She paid, yet left feeling cheated and undervalued.nIt’s discouraging to hear about companies taking advantage of clients, but on the brighter side such experiences can be pre-warnings when considering a booking.nI gave 1 star bc of already being presented with negativity from a recent customer review, prior to a booking.nnPs: I see that there is now a response from this establishment stating that they did try and rectify… However, no name was mentioned, nor time or day, so who did they offer a credit to? And to say that a disappointed client would decline reimbursement for services not received seems like more disregard for clients; an obvious lie.
Outstanding! So accommodating and the massages and pedicures were so relaxing! Will definitely be back!
