Actually less then -3 stars! I made the appointments for 3 of my friends on May 7th for the May long weekend! I left my credit card numbers to book these appointments! Luckily I called and confirmed my appts for 10 or 11am They couldn’t find the appointment then the guy called back and said we can fit u in at 2pm!!! I booked them 3 wks ago!!!! He said “well you didn’t confirm the time!!! Obviously he screwed up and not even an apology! I clearly booked appts indicating the time and date! Really the worse customer experience I ever received!!! Maybe their massages are ok but my friends and I will NEVER know! If you are reading my review! Please don’t go there! I swear that should not be the kind of service anyone deserves!!! Again I was dilligent and booked them 3 weeks ago!! Still no apology and they ruined all our plans!

Managed to book an appointment same day, today. Very professional and relaxing treatment provided by 'Megan' the owner. What a great experience and enjoyable moment :)

great spa - luxurious rooms, quiet and well appointed. Very good treatments as well I'll be heading back! note: the location is at the NK'MIP resort - on the east side of Osoyoos, not on Main street. Phone for directions.
