Very, very dishonest, and disinterested membership staff. The front desk staff are not well trained, and do not provide necessary information to people signing up.  Membership staff send a bad email so my notice of cancellation gets bounced back and then nobody returns my calls for days on end. Meanwhile another payment is taken out of my account. If its due to disorganisation, its a shame, because the result is that I feel lied to and ignored. The facilities are not worth the hassle! Membership staff needs an overhaul!

Wouldn’t recommend overallnnThe hours aren’t as advertised and the staff is quite rudennThey have an eclectic assortment of activities and events, which I was glad to see at first, but was quite alarming when I saw what sort of events they host.nnThey hold events that claim to be secular but are very religious based and hostile towards secular Jews. I did not feel welcome.nnIn addition to that, they are very political, hosting events encouraging attendees to join a foreign military as well as donate to questionable causesnnOverall I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a shame because this Jewish community centre would’ve been a great idea in theory, but in practice it leaves a lot to be desired

I love Ottawa’s Jewish community, quite disgraceful they’re holding an IOF recruitment event. Do better.

4.5 stars. It's a great place with lots of options and is surprisingly big once you are inside. Swim Ottawa trains here which is really nice for the kids. The downside is that the pool is short so not really ideal for lap training but it is ok.

Amazing facility with kind, supportive, and service-oriented staff which is amazing considering the hate they are receiving from some people.nnWonderful pool and gym facilities with a room perfect for Yoga.
