The Soloway JCC is a top notch refuge and easily the best place in the city to unwind. In an era where many community hubs feel chaotic, this facility stands out as a genuine sanctuary. It is a vital resource for anyone who values a safe, quiet, and well-maintained environment to recharge. If you are looking for a premier spot to escape the noise and get some clarity, this is the gold standard.
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at Soloway JCC. The Fitness Centre manager approached me in a rude and unprofessional way, without introducing himself, right in the middle of a heavy exercise. His interruption distracted me, and I strained my back as a result. Instead of support and respect, I felt humiliated and unsafe. Very disappointed.
A great community center with a workout gym, a basketball court and a shower as well. Respectful, family community, great atmosphere and great kosher dishes when available
Unfriendly staff. Terrible leadership. Mediocre gym that is not worth the cost.
Very, very dishonest, and disinterested membership staff. The front desk staff are not well trained, and do not provide necessary information to people signing up. Membership staff send a bad email so my notice of cancellation gets bounced back and then nobody returns my calls for days on end. Meanwhile another payment is taken out of my account. If its due to disorganisation, its a shame, because the result is that I feel lied to and ignored. The facilities are not worth the hassle! Membership staff needs an overhaul!
