I live in the new condos built by solico and it's the worse decision I could ever have made. The building is built as cheap as possible. You definitely don't feel like you live alone. I feel like I have roommates living with me. I hear everything from my neighbours peeing, every flush, every conversation, walking around sounds like horses are racing, the walls are like paper thin. Never again will I ever rent or but anything from this company. Although they have had friends to contradict and add 5 stars for sure these people do NOT live in the condo's. With that being said I will never deny that the building is beautiful and that the lay out is big open concept. Unfortunately the comfort level sucks as you Definitely don't feel as though you live alone.

I'm very happy with my new home provided by Solico. I definetly haven't experienced any comfort issues as mentioned by other customers here. Ever since the start they have made me feel very appreciated, almost like family.

The good reviews were left by family and friends... Pay attention to the bad ones. They are more honest.

I live at one of their new apartment buildings and not impressed with the product especially for the price I pay in rent! The sound proofing is bad!! I can hear my neighbors flush their toilets and can hear their conversation! The parking is a disaster! No signs stating which parking spot belongs to who! They only have numbers on the pavement that don't reflect the condo unit numbers at all and those numbers are covered during the winter because the plowing company for the building sucks! Also if it rains good luck not getting your feet soaked walking on the walk ways!! No joke I have walked through 6 inches of water because thats how poorly the walk ways were built! Another thing is the seal around my bathroom sink has peeled off and they said it's not a big deal and never fixed it! Have a chip in my bathtub that the never came to fix as well!! Let's just say this is the first and last time I will ever rent one of their units and so glad I never baught one of their homes!!
