Welcome to Solar Optix. We provide our clients with an array of PV solar solutions that meet their energy needs. The demand for solar PV systems is on the rise across Canada and gaining solid momentum here in Alberta. For those of us living in Southern Alberta, access to solar contractors, equipment and supplies has been limited. We're here to change that!

We can design and install a full range of products and systems for both on and off-grid solar power and will make sure you're aware of available funding that can help get you started.

Electricity prices in Alberta are forecast to go up according to the Alberta Electric System Operator, or AESO. This is mainly due to two factors: a number of our current coal generated electricity plants are reaching the end of their life spans with potential new natural gas ones needed to provide their replacement, and the increasing need for Alberta to expand its transmission capabilities. As a result of the potential increase in electricity prices for all Albertans more consumers are looking for options. Solar PV can help overcome this issue.
