The staff was lovely and the complimentary water bottle was nice. However, I walked out with very sensitive and bleeding cuticles. On a few of my fingers they even cut farther than my cuticle and cut skin. My fingers were bleeding the next day as well. It wasn’t painful, but I shouldn’t have bled.

They don’t know how to manage their time at all! I’ve been here 3 times and always leave very disappointed and have never once actually received a service from them. I’ve made 2 different appointments showed up on time and waited 40 minutes the first and 30-35 the second before leaving because they still hadn’t gotten to me. I’ve tried making other appointments and they don’t get back so I tried a walk in was told 10 minutes and still sat around for over 30 before leaving.

I’m so upset I went to get my nails done for a wedding on Thursday charged me for a ombré design wasn’t even a real design paid 73.45 for a pedi and shellac manicure that’s already chipping and my cuticles are bleeding and trimmed way to much

Love getting my mani and pedi done here. Very friendly, great work.

My wife got her pedicure done and the person who did pedicure did not even check with her about the ingrown nail and he cut it by himself and made it worse and she had to visit a doctor and take antibiotics and the infection was bad.. I don’t recommend this place…Service: Pedicure

Super friendly, hygienic and diligent! They take their time to ensure perfection and satisfaction. Very friendly and appreciative. Their work speaks loud enough but it’s nice going to a place you feel welcomed. I have my nails done by Maisy and will request her in the future.
