Terrible service. Waited about an hour just to do my taxes when I was next in line. There were 2 more people that came in about 15 mins after me. None of us were even acknowledged when we entered the waiting area. When I finally got called over I was disappointed with customer service. No grasp at all on how to communicate with other people. The lady probably only spoke roughly 15 words total within the interaction. Made me lose faith in humanity slightly.

They're too interested in finding out how you've done your hair rather than getting you the highest return possible and then charge you ridiculous fees. Second time visiting, will not be coming back.
