I came into the store on Jan 9th, with a really tall order of what i was specifically looking for in some hard to find Blundstone boots, Sam was amazing and extremly helpfull, she took the time and researched exactly what I needed. She gave me a host of options and went over and above, I hope her District manager reads this post. Good service is hard to find, Exceptional service is exceedingly rare! Keep up the great service ! Sams on a mission to find me Brad Pitts Brown Leather Boots!
The redhead girl is really nice but the other two girls are really rude and disrespectful. Don’t acknowledge customers , the tone in their voices is just ridiculously shallow not to mention the one shorter girl runs to the back and hides when she doesn’t want to deal with customers. The taller girl I think she’s the manager has an attitude on her also, talks to people like their stupid. You’re in retail , your job is customer service. I understand you have hard days , and a lot customers aren’t the best to deal with but it’s your job and responsibility to provide a positive experience , absolutely disappointing. If you want an amazing customer experience with kindhearted staff head over to softmoc in Oakville, this store needs work.
The girl with the beanie hat on all the time is absolutely rude. Has a rude demeanour about her , not very nice staff at all …. Really disappointing I don’t know why they closed the Burlington mall location. Will not be back at this store
Popped in randomly today once I saw Blundstones had a few options on sale. Ricky not sure spelling was fantastic. Greeted us, helped us with multiple sizes, and was incredibly friendly. I had a great experience. Thanks!
Called yesterday to see if I could exchange for size a pair of Doc's I had purchased for my neice that I had purchased at another SoftMoc location.The young lady said yes and suggested she check for size first, she had them and asked my name so that they would be ready when I came in. She was awesome with my neice, telling her about break-in period , some great tips and really went out of her way to be helpful, actually so nice that I went back 10 minutes later and bought her another pair of shoe's. It was a great retail experience
Terrible customer service! The girl helping me just made up her own stories about the shoes available. I asked for a pair of shoes to try on. She brought me one shoe and took 20 mins supposedly trying to find the other one. Came back and said they don't have the 2nd shoe in the store. Really?!? I looked around and sure enough it was on display. Then I asked for a size 8 in another brand of boots and she came back and told me they only have sizes 7 and under because of the sale. Again, I looked around and found several size 8 boots of that brand on display. At the checkout,  she told me it's final sale when no where in the store, on the receipt, or on softmoc website does it state final sale for the product I bought. The management needs to train their lazy/lying staff better.

Shoe shopping yesterday. Saw Hey Dudes in the window so I went in. The two gals behind the counter were too busy chatting to help. I asked for help, one reluctantly came over, brought the size I asked for, immediately went back to continue the chat, size didn’t fit, could I get her back? Maybe but would take a lot of effort. I left and ordered online.
Today the customer service i received was awsome! Thank you to Ricky especially for helping me with something I thought was impossible. Ill definitely be back to buy from her. Great service today !
The girl working there claimed she is the store manager and her name is Ricki. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service, will never shop again Softmoc.
