Ordered a couple tablets. originally told they'd be two weeks, I followed up 2 weeks later and they said it would be another 4 weeks. Completely unreliable.

No one answers the phone, awful customer service, I tried more than 15 times to get hold of anyone in this company, have a problem with a computer I got from them, they hang up on me once they figure out that I'm calling for customer service, not to purchase.

just an awful place to deal with, just call them and see, no one answers phone. they made billing error once and credited my visa card then a year later asked me for the money. Expected me to cover cost of audit to see if it was true. now won't deal with me over $125.
