I went to get my eyebrows and upper lips done here. First of all I had the lady give me like a nasty look as if Im some creature. Secondly, the thread kept breaking and she made a comment saying " Are you serious right now?" and she was like why is your eyebrow hair so thick. We are in Canada where you are supposed to cater to people of all ethnicity and needs. If your thread breaks I suggest getting maybe better quality ones and not blame my thick brow hair. This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend for anyone to go unless they want their day ruined. (Also she did not do a good job on the eyebrow).

Fazia is awesome!! She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, curtios. It's a pleasure to get anything & everything done by her!! I have never seen her taking calls while working on clients. Great personality. Pleasent conversations, amazing service. Great hairstyles!! She deserves 5 stars here.

I got my eyebrows done at this place and I loved it. They are really good at threading👍🏻

Worst place for any service, the lady was very pushy although I said I don’t want to go for waxing on the face. I got scratches on my cheeks because of the way she did threading, I would never go back to this place.

The hair stylist is NOT a professional PLEASE DON'T RISK YOUR PRECIOUS HAIR IN HER HANDS...this has been proven to me through the haircut she gave me and the haircut she gave my poor mom. My mom cannot set foot out of the house because her hair was so poorly cut.. its an actual disaster and she can't even get it fixed because its cut off to the roots.. If there was a star less than one, i would choose that. Not trying to be rude, but the experience was just that and I'm simply being honest. My mom was left in tears.
