Good day. I come from Bosnia. Today I came with my husband to see how my husband was leaving the train. I don't know how to speak, the French gentleman at the door behaved so rudely that he kicked us out just because I don't know French. Please pay attention to the workers to be considerate of those coming from abroad.
This is a very busy location so therefore I suggest you book an appointment online or by phone rather than just show up. The service was friendly and efficient. They were eventually able to resolve my complicated situation which was great. Not all SAAQ locations offer the same services so beware. At least it's well located and there's lots of parking.
The Granby branch does it again! Went on the SAAQ website for information on renewing my almost expired medical card and was informed that I could go to the Granby branch without an appointment even during the latest COVID-19 restrictions that are in place. NOT! They are open and appointments are not needed but they do not offer that service at this time. Drove 25 minutes to St-Cesaire and was done in 10 minutes. Based on my past experiences at the Granby location, about 90% of the time something is wrong or missing for them to complete a transaction. They should just close that branch or get rid of the person responsible for the employees because I can’t believe that everyone working there is that incompetent.
Surprisingly quick. Had to wait outside until called in, but not a long wait. Service, in English, was very quick and friendly.
