The pace was dead slow , it consumed more than 3 hrs for the work which took 10 minutes. The staff was courteous. It will help if you visit this outlet when you are fluent in French.
I'm writing this review from the waiting room at the SAAQ. A full waiting room nothing is moving here. I came here to transfer the registration of my car from the previous owner. Might be that until it is my turn. I'll be selling it to someone else. Who knows :- dark humor. sadly...
Very bad service, I’ve been going there for couple week now to finish to do my licence and they still didn’t do it, very very bad service and unprofessional.
Much better than the down town montreal one, yet understaffed like all of them
Went there on a Wednesday at 1pm. Waiting 5min outside and 5min inside. Staff was pleasant and even offered me to do my driving license on top of my Medicare card to save time. Received the card 2 week later without issue.
