Great selection of prepared foods, cuts, and marinated meats. Also better priced than Loblaws or the Independent in some cases. I also appreciate that unlike many other grocery stores, it's relatively always easy to find staff to help you find something, and they're always very kind and professional
Great choice of fresh vegetables and fruits, dairy, spices, oils, condiments, meat, bakery, deli and almost everything you need to make meal. A bit on the pricey side but the products are fresh. I specifically liked the organic milk in 5 delicious varieties and packaged in returnable glass bottles. The salad, soup and entree bars are just amazing. I appreciate the fact that it's culturally diverse catering to Indian, South Asian cuisine as well. The store is impeccably kept and well stocked. Staff are helpful and courteous. Check out is a breeze. Steps away from my stay in downtown, the location is super convenient. Oh did I forget, they even have a small, cosy space to dine in.
Clean and fresh but pricy,nSuper organized and the freshest products i have seen compared to other stores like loblaws. there is not a single produce that is not fresh.The quality is the main focus here, everything is at best quality.nnThis farmboy location is an interesting one, the layout of the store is not flattering and a few interesting decisions were made for this stores decor which makes it hard for customers to pass in isles and also miss some corners.nnThe staff are super friendly, clean and organized, they seem very professional and the diversity makes my heart smile.nnThe prices are a bit higher than the competitive stores but comparing the very fresh and quality of the produce offered here i think i would walk past that.nnIf you care for quality and freshness this store has it for you, i’d consider it a store that more luxurious customers would prefer.nthe selection is vast and you can find almost anything here.nnthe fresh hot and cold bar have a nice variety of food and the taste is great.There is even a sitting area outside of the store which is a nice touch.nnoverall a very good store, if you can afford it.
Food generally good. Prepared food is becoming shrinkflation a little everyday.nVegetable samosas have at least one pea. So they can call them vegetable samosa.nnOne more complaint regarding the samosa ready to eat kit. One sauce is not acceptable for aprox. 8 samosas. “ shrinkflation is here to stay “.nWe all have a decision to buy prepared food or not.
Every week, I make sure to visit Farm Boy because it’s impossible to resist! The cozy atmosphere, friendly and smiling staff always make me want to come back. Everything here is top-notch: cleanliness, order, and the confidence that you’ll always get help and advice. The employees are true professionals, making every visit special. This is a place you genuinely want to return to time and time again. I love this store for its care and friendliness, which you feel from the very first moment.
