Stopped in for a quick snack for lunch.nI couldn’t believe how friendly every single employee was. They all greeted me. Asked if I needed help with anything. We’re more than willing to go above and beyond.nYou guys should be proud you have such a great team!
I had a good experience with what seemed like a meat department manager asking if he could get me a basket as my hands were getting full and I was still browsing.nI took him up on his offer and really appreciated his help. Of course it also allows me to spend more $ nIt's lacking the 5th star because being guilt tripped that food was being thrown out because of my returning it she was passive aggressive and I rarely return food, but it would have gone in the trash regardless. Maybe grocery stores need to find a better solution to their newer rules and stop quilting the customer to take that responsibility on.
2021 and 2023 review below. 2021 - I ordered my cake days in advance asked for specifics based on the form the employee and I filled out. Low and behold nothing, well only the sprinkles were done as I asked. A familynMember asked why do you expect any different as the previous years I ordered cakes here it was never done as I asked based on the stores cake form. Maybe they don’t read the request and only do what they want.nI gave it a two because the cake itself tastes good but the decorations are never what is requested. I don’t have high hopes but maybe the cake person could start reading the form and decorating as requested.nThanksnDisappointed Againn2023 tried again and disappointed again. I can’t believe I paid 25.99 for a 6x 10inch cake and the decorating is horrible. Check out the pics which I did take outside the store. The lady at the cash was nice but the shift supervisor didn’t even offer a 10% discount. I cannot believe the service here and lack of cake decorating skills. He
I leave 5 stars because of Chris, he is a staff member who was stocking the frozen section. He went above and beyond to help me. And also Rylan who was the cashier at the time, is very friendly. Awesome staff at this location!!
