I visited Sobeys today, Feb 8th and without a doubt I had the nicest young man check me out. I do not know his name but it was around 4:30 as he stated he would be done in 7 min. Sobeys, you should be very proud for having this young man working for you. He is definitely a credit to the staff in your store.

Sheryl at the checkout counter is amazing, Wow wow wow her friendliness and kindness is what drew me to her counter. Well done Sheryl. I will definitely be back to your store

Scott in the meat department is so nice and helpful!! always asks how i’m doing and if i need help he even made me fresh 3 pepper steak! everyone is always super friendly here favorite grocery store in town!

I used to think “the older you get, the wiser you become” but I was wrong. On 10th of February around 9 - 9:15pm , There is an old lady with grey hair at self checkout is so rude. She doesn’t know how to treat a customer. When I came to the store I asked where are the baskets, the way she pointed at that item made me feel ashamed she didn’t even speak a word. Worse, when I was scanning my items at checkout she literally snatched that basket from my hand and walked away. I naver had such bad experience before.
