Sobeys Newcastle is good for a quick grocery shop but I found the temperature inside to be a little cold and the options for products were very low. I'd suggest it for a quick stop to buy eggs milk or bread, etc. But if you need a substantial amount of groceries you should go to the Atlantic Superstore in Newcastle, or the Sobeys in Douglastown.

I HATE shopping here because they are always rude and condescending, even to regulars like myself. Also the most expensive place in town for most items especially cigarettes
