Like the store it’s and set up great but I’m finding the staff that are bagging have no idea what they are doing. I had meat tipped on its side so juices spilled out, fruit tray the same way. They placed cold foods in with dry goods. I had food items squished because of poor packing. Please teach your staff how to bag properly if they are going to insist on bagging food. They only thing they seemed to know how to bag were my eggs…
Lovely looking store, loads of everything you could imagine, super fresh fruit. A wee bit more expensive than some other nearby options, but overall excellent place!
The store itself is typically clean and well stocked with quality produce etcnWe visited the store on the holiday Monday and were thoroughly disappointed. The staff was extremely unhelpful and over all rude. The person at our till was exceptionally terrible, tossing produce and only seemed to care about getting us out of the store as soon as possible.nI understand the hiring pool isn't exactly great, but businesses need to stop sacrificing the integrity of their stores, just to hire anyone willing to work for minimum wage.nBe better!!!

This is one of my local grocery stores in Grand bend. I like shopping here because it's not as busy compared to no frills and understandably so because it's much more expensive. But I don't mind prices really. Staff is very nice and I even park my semi here sometimes when getting my groceries.
