The store itself isn’t bad — the layout is decent and the staff are generally helpful.nBut the condition of the washroom was shockingly bad. It was extremely dirty, clearly not cleaned regularly, and left a really poor impression.nnFor a grocery store of this size and reputation, basic hygiene — especially in the washroom — should be a top priority. I really hope the management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness. It makes a big difference to the overall customer experience.

I have been a loyal customer at Sobeys, but today I had a very disappointing experience. At checkout, Elizabeth from customer service quietly told the cashier to check my bag, as if I had stolen an 86-cent chocolate, even though I had paid for all my items. This was insulting and humiliating. She only apologized after I insisted, not on her own. Very unprofessional behavior from Elizabeth, and unfortunate for the store’s management.nnI wish I could do without star
Great selection of vegetable, meat, chicken, fruits and flowers, other isles are not as good as the vegetables section. Flower section is highly recommended. Prices for cut flowers are more reasonable than arranged flowers. Arranged flowers are done very chic and elegant.nFriendly staff, clean and organized.
