I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken I bought today at FreshCo in Alliston, Ontario. As soon as I opened the package at home, I noticed a strong sour smell and a slimy texture, clear signs the meat was already spoiled despite being sold as fresh. I hereby attaching the photos , Everyone see and jugde what to buy and what to eat.
I was visiting in this location today and for convenience dropped into this location to pickup some items that I was in need of. I did not have a quarter and went into and asked the cashier to request change for a $2. I was told they did not make change for carts. I thought she misunderstood and repeated I need change for $2 and I was not asking for a quarter. She told me they were not able to open her till for make changes. I started to walk away but in total disbelief….I returned and ask to speak to manager. No manager was provided, she did get a young guy to unlock a cart. My point is you would turn a customer away because you wouldn’t change a $2….Your staff can’t open till to make changes? You start with a float you sell x number of groceries your total plus float you can tell if your staff is honest or not. Wow, customer service NOT. I will not return to this location. Shame on you. Be respectful to the people who keep you in business .
I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I only had two items to purchase, while there were three customers ahead of me with full grocery carts. I noticed three employees and a manager standing at the front of the store talking, while only one cashier was serving customers.nnI politely asked the manager if someone could assist me at the express lane, since it is intended for customers with only a few items. Rather than offering assistance or explaining the situation professionally, she responded in a rude and dismissive tone, telling me that I could wait before returning to her conversation with the other employees.nnI understand that stores can be busy and staffing challenges happen, but customer service and professionalism should remain a priority. A courteous explanation or an effort to help would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a negative impression of the store’s customer service.

The store its self is nice but I have never seen a place try to sell items full price that are 2 months past best before. You really have to pay attention to the best before here I caught this on 5 different Items I was looking at. And if you look at the items at the back which you would think were newer to cycle the older stuff too the front maybe, nope its even older lmao. Also they seem to like your reusable bags up on the conveyor im guessing to see if anythings in them. So I did but a lady charged me for my own bags? She knew what she was doing.
