Amazing experience. Drove here from Levi in the middle of winter and it was still a great, beautiful drive. We ate at the Ice restaurant which was an experience in itself, but the ice sculptures in the ice village is amazing. Every room deserved a picture and it was once in a life time experience. Make sure to dress VERY warmly though. It gets cold being in there while.
Great tour around a world! Never visited this before. Warm chocolate during a tour was lovely. Dinner at the restaurant would have been nice but that was closed during our visit. Hotel rooms did not make me feel like to stay for a night but maybe I was just not well dressed too chill for me
Fantastic place, we had a quick tour around explaining how they build it and why they can use snow from the sky and how they make it by pumping it up from the local river and spraying it in the air to freeze and then harvest it. Every year it melts down and last November they started building and had most of it done in a month. Slide was the best part .
Can’t book in advance but didn’t seem to be a problem when we arrived. There can be big groups here around lunchtime and it was a little busy, but still amazing ice carvings and worth the trip out from Levi. Tickets were only 19 EUR directly, much much cheaper than some of the tours we looked at you would just need to sort your own transfer for the 30 minute trip from Levi.
Very nice built hotel and rooms . You can sleep overnight, around 200eur for one night. We didn't do that. There are around 12 rooms, looks nice. Seems to be extremely quite there at night. You have an ice bar with ice drinks from ice glasses. Every room had it's own theme. Also Amsterdam! There was also a Northern light watch but unfortunately we didn't see that due to some clouds. Nice to visit this when you're in the neighborhood!

We made a reservation at the ice restaurant and weren‘t disappointed. Cool location with delicious food and a very friendly waiter. No long waiting times. We had the treats from Lapland, the reindeer served two ways and the fondant au chocolat. The ice exhibition was also impressive. Five stars
Visit in December 2022 Nice place, great sculptures, awesome ice bar. The guided visit was a bit too fast but as after we have time to explore it’s ok. The hotel rooms are interesting but I’m not sure I would like to spend one night there as there are too much lights

Come and visit the snow village for about 19€ If you visit it peacefully you will have an hour of visiting and discovering all the great work done here. For those who can't stand the cold, in this musuem it will be colder than outside. The personnal here is lovely. Don't hesitate to stop by the coffee/restaurant at the end.
