Snohomish Police Department

The officers at this station do their job correctly. They helped me (when I thought the police wouldn't) with a common incident. I am so very pleased with their service. Thank you

My 25 year old daughter wandered off from a friends house after having a few drinks. No one knew where she went and couldn't reach her. After 2 hours of worry & trying to track her down, I called the Snohomish Police. They called me 20 minutes later because they had been called to the location she ended up, she was very distraught. They knew who she was and told her they had been looking for her. The police officer officer offered to give her a ride or to wait with her until she could be picked up by family. Thank you for taking her safety seriously and acting so quickly.

This police station would really benefit from a new secretary or take notes from the lady behind the phone at the lake Stevens police department. Being kind and courteous is apart of the job when you apply for customer service. People ask questions and if I'm not mistaken it's your job to answer them when you pick up the phone not try and make them feel stupid. Maybe find a new career path if your unhappy with where your at.

I went in to the Snohomish Police Department on Wednesday to get fingerprints for work. When I walked in the person behind the counter asked if I had an appointment. I looked around and I was the only one there and I asked him is there a line I do not see somewhere? He said no we do fingerprints on Wednesdays and I said "Huh today is Wednesday isn't it"? yeah but the lady who does them is not here. Call her tomorrow and see if she can get you in. I did that and I was called back by Julie who said she has too many things to do and can not find the time. I said I know that fingerprints is a high technical thing to accomplish and she said it takes 10 minutes and she has things to do. I said so do I like getting my fingerprints on a card. She said come in next Wednesday or go to Everett and hung up. Barney Fife would fit right in to this police force.
