Love that it's 24 hour. You get an access card to unlock the door. I find that the early mornings before 7am. And late night after 7pm are the best times to go, hardly anyone else there. Some cons are that there are no showers and the 'change room' is just a bathroom so if you are looking for a full service gym this is probably not the right fit. The equipment is in good condition and the gym is always clean. Both free weights and machines available. There is a workout studio for those wanting to do yoga or other plyometric exercises. Overall I am happy with the gym.

I like the 24/7 aspect of the gym. I appreciate the friendly and supportive attitude of the staff and the other members. My particular trainer is exactly who I need to help me get to where I need to be. He listens to me and is encouraging and he lets me set the pace of each session. It’s been nearly 3 years since I joined SNAP and I wouldn’t still be a member if I didn't like the place!

Great gym, like that it is 24 hours never really busy place to work out.
